We are excited to announce the development of a brand new course in 2011 – the Level 2 Certificate in Business and Administration.

A great way for learners want to prepare for employment, our new Business and Administration course provides an essential grounding in lots of administrative tasks. From health and safety to the importance of a positive attitude, learners can prepare for their futures by gaining practical and relevant skills highly sought after by employers.

This highly versatile qualification promotes individual development and can be used as a platform to finding employment.

It’s an engaging, practical and innovative way for learners to take control of their futures and gain the key skills they need to progress and succeed.

Business and Administration has five online units.

  • Unit 1: Principles of personal responsibilities and working in a business environment.
  • Unit 2: Principles of providing administrative services.
  • Unit 3: Principles of managing information and producing documents.
  • Unit 4: Principles of supporting change in a business environment.
  • Unit 5: Principles of supporting business events.
