Required software

• Web browser - Internet Explorer 4.0 and above or Netscape 6 and above

• Your web browser options must be set to enable cookies. To enable cookies please click on the help button on your web browser or click here to open the system checker for guidance.
  
  
• Check that the 'Run ActiveX controls and plug-ins' setting is correct configured.
  
  To do this, select 'Tools', 'Internet Options' within the browser. Select the 'Security' tab, and click on the 'Internet' icon. Then click on the 'Custom Level' button.
  
  Still having problems? Change all of the browser security settings to 'default'.

• You may need additional Microsoft Office applications for some courses. Please read the course information before registering

• A PC with a Pentium Processor 64Mb RAM memory
• A telephone dial-in connection via a 28.8kps (minimum) modem
  

If you don't already know what hardware you have, check the manual that came with your PC or contact your computer supplier. Please note that vision2learn may not work effectively on systems with a lesser specification.
We cannot currently support Mac users.

Internet Connection

You will also need to be connected to the internet through an Internet Service Provider (ISP). Examples include Freeserve, BTInternet and AOL.
