written communication skills. You’ll also explore the
importance of good communication in providing excellent
customer service.

How you behave in the workplace is the key to your
success – this unit will help you to get it right.
Explore appropriate behaviour, the importance of personal
presentation and how to support equality of opportunity
in the workplace.

Unit five:

Staying healthy, safe and secure
|
Find out how to keep yourself and others safe at work
and how to evaluate your workplace in a health and safety
context. Understand organisational guidelines and procedures
and learn more about the legislation and regulations
relating to health, safety and security at work.

to customer requests.

IT in the workplace

This unit will help you to understand the use of IT
in your organisation. You’ll find out how to create
documents and learn about using different packages to
access, store, save and print data.

four:

Maintaining quality
|
Get it right first time. This unit will help you to
understand the importance of quality procedures, think
about your own organisation’s quality procedures and
look for any problems in the system.
